Santa Cruz, CA. Disappointing! The rest room in this public parking structure was surprisingly clean and we couldn’t do our laundry. A leisurely stroll around this town and it becomes quickly obvious that there are good reasons for these signs. I don’t mean to be insensitive or offensive. I just find them humorous.
